Children and Young People Practitioners, Community Development Specialist

Groundwork London is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to deliver creative group therapies to young people aged 0 – 25 living in the London Borough of Southwark.
The successful candidate will work with young people in primary schools across Southwark, providing early intervention and prevention to improve their mental wellbeing.
The role involves delivering small group and 1:1 sessions, developing a programme that suits the candidate's skills and experience, and the needs of young people struggling with their mental wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people under 11, delivering creative group and 1:1 therapies, and knowledge of the barriers children and families face when accessing support.
They will also have an awareness of working to safeguard children, including relevant training.
