Children and Young People's Residential Practitioner

Our client, a community interest company, is seeking two full-time Residential Practitioners to work in their all-female Children's Home. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 13-17.
About the RoleThe Residential Practitioner will work closely with a strong team of Practitioners who share a passion for delivering exceptional care and support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people, possess strong values and a commitment to inclusion, and be able to understand and respond appropriately to risk.
Key Responsibilities- Support the health, education, social, and day-to-day needs of young people
- Promote sports, culture, and arts activities and interests
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement plans to support young people's needs
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people
