The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting children with SEN, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with lesson planning, delivering individualised learning activities, and providing general classroom support. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to promote inclusive education and safeguarding practices. To be successful, you will require:

  • Experience working with children with SEN and SEMH
  • A Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • A strong commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding practices
