About the Opportunity

This enriching and purposeful role offers the chance to work with students who require specialized support and attention. As a dedicated SEN Primary Teacher, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational journey of students with complex needs.

You will be responsible for crafting and delivering tailored lessons that cater to the diverse requirements of each student. This may involve employing effective teaching methodologies, such as visual aids, sensory exercises, and adaptive technologies, to enhance the learning experience.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as you will work closely with teaching assistants, other professionals, and parents to ensure a comprehensive approach to student development and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student.
  2. Develop and implement personalized learning plans (EHCPs) in collaboration with teaching assistants and other professionals.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
  4. Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional well-being and self-assurance in every student.
