About the Job

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of entertainment content and ensure a safe and inclusive streaming experience for customers worldwide. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where innovation and collaboration are key.

The salary range for this role is approximately £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on local regulations, cultural nuances, and industry best practices related to content policies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content policies tailored to each country's requirements.
  • Refine existing content policies to adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes and user expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and societal norms in different countries.
  • Localize content policies in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Investigate reported content violations and take appropriate actions in collaboration with customer support, moderation, and legal teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience in content policy development, preferably in the streaming or digital media industry. Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks, content moderation.

Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical policies and procedures. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
