Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Professional to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Site and Facilities team, you will be responsible for managing construction project lifecycles within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing commercial and financial aspects of projects from concept to completion
- Discharging Client duties in accordance with Regulatory requirements
- Maintaining a safety-focused environment and culture aligned to the high-risk aspects of the projects undertaken
- Managing multiple construction aspects while effectively liaising with Contractors and internal/external Stakeholders
Requirements:
Essential:
- Experience managing Projects of complexity and up to million-pound value
- Experience of managing contractors
- Stakeholder management experience at mid-management level internally and externally
Desirable:
- Qualification, or working towards, in Project Management and/or Engineering/Construction
- Project Management and delivery skillset (e.g. development of Plans, Business Cases, Risk Management, stakeholder engagement or equivalent experience)

You will be overseeing million Pound projects that are critical to delivering forthcoming growth expansions at BAE that will impact the future of the business.
