Job Title: Planning, Monitoring and Control Manager
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: From £80,000 plus, dependent on skills and experience with an executive car allowance and bonus on top.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure integration with adjacent Disciplines and Business Functions, such as risk management and scheduling and estimating, to maintain an integrated project controls system.
- Programme Management knowledge and extensive experience in managing complex projects, including a strong grasp of project management and integrated project controls.
- Proven data analysis and visualisation experience.
- Governance and Assurance experience with a comprehensive knowledge of governance and assurance processes within Planning, Monitoring, and Controls.

About the Role:
This opportunity will give you a great chance to lead on cost management within the project management function whilst ensuring successful delivery of complex submarine programmes. You will have a fantastic chance to engage with senior stakeholders, oversee system configurations, and lead a team in driving process improvements across forecasting, governance, and reporting.
