Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Planning, Monitoring and Control Manager to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Project Management and Controls team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex submarine programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on cost management within the project management function
- Ensure integration with adjacent disciplines and business functions
- Oversee system configurations and lead a team in driving process improvements
- Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of programmes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing complex projects
- Strong grasp of project management and integrated project controls
- Excellent data analysis and visualisation skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of governance and assurance processes
