**Job Title:** IT Systems Administrator

Vivactive Ltd is seeking an exceptional IT Systems Administrator to join our team in Telford.

We are a leading Adult Incontinence Retailer, and we're looking for someone who can manage and maintain our IT network, handle day-to-day endpoint queries and builds, and complete project work to upgrade and improve our internal services and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily monitoring checks; verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, network and server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs, including backups.
  • Maintain and administer the computer networks and related computing environment, including hardware, systems software, application software, administrative tools and utilities, and all configurations, including the installation and management of operating systems, patches and upgrades regularly.
  • Support and lead projects and solution provision, following through until implementation.
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify intrusions and implement appropriate security measures at a network and server level.
  • Setup backup and replication jobs, verify success and conduct regular testing.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc tasks to support the needs of the business.

As a successful candidate, you will have strong networking knowledge, experience in active directory and group policy management, Windows and macOS setup, configuration, management and troubleshooting. You will also have experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, ZTNA and modern workplace.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
