As a Maintenance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing a range of facilities and property maintenance queries and issues. This will involve receiving and investigating reports of issues, gaining approval for repairs from management, and updating CRM systems with all relevant data.

Key responsibilities will include taking calls and emails from tenants, investigating issues, and arranging for tradespeople to attend and complete repairs. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and provide updates on the status of repairs.
