Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in various complex areas, while making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need previous experience in complex care and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including paid annual leave and refer-a-friend scheme.
