Transformative Reward Role
Catalyst Partners is proud to collaborate with a pioneering FTSE 100 organisation seeking an accomplished Reward Specialist to spearhead their total reward transformation. As a key member of their team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their total reward priorities, delivering innovative solutions to the broader business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of reward policies, encompassing base salary, annual bonuses, long-term incentives, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Drive the creation and implementation of short and long-term incentive plans, as well as sales incentive structures.
- Establish and nurture collaborative partnerships across HR and the business, fostering a culture of mutual understanding and support.
- Support Remuneration Committee activities, including the preparation of relevant materials, ideally within a UK-listed company.
- Provide expert guidance on executive compensation, encompassing benchmarking, long-term incentive plans, and the valuation of share plans.
