The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Northumberland Community Engagement Team and North Tyneside Assertive Engagement Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, developing relationships with stakeholders, and promoting positive mental wellbeing in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Northumberland Community Engagement Team and North Tyneside Assertive Engagement Team
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote positive mental wellbeing
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local partners and community groups
- Manage performance and ensure compliance with Changing Lives policies and procedures
- Identify and develop new opportunities within the geographical areas responsible
