The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Manager to lead our Northumberland Community Engagement Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, developing relationships with stakeholders, and promoting positive mental wellbeing in the community.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a commitment to involving service users, and the ability to identify and develop new opportunities within the geographical area. They will also be responsible for managing performance, negotiating, and influencing effectively, as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Northumberland Community Engagement Team and the North Tyneside Assertive Engagement Team
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote positive mental wellbeing and reduce stigma
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage performance, negotiate, and influence effectively, as needed
- Identify and develop new opportunities within the geographical area
