The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Northumberland Community Engagement Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, managing performance, and developing relationships with stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Northumberland Community Engagement Team to deliver exceptional services
- Manage performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and develop new opportunities within the geographical area
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
