About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Northumberland Community Engagement Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, managing performance, and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires excellent leadership skills, a commitment to involving service users, and a focus on identifying and developing new opportunities within the geographical area.
The Service Manager will work closely with our team to provide a range of flexible and effective psychosocial interventions, support 'visible recovery' within the service, and develop innovative ways of highlighting recovery across Northumberland and North Tyneside. The role also involves managing performance, negotiating and influencing effectively, and working to the performance standards provided by Changing Lives.
