About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide excellent administrative support to the Sales Department, ensuring efficient processing of new, used, and fleet vehicle orders. They will develop effective manufacturer and supplier contacts, deal with customer requests and queries, and help the retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department

Requirements:
- Computer literacy is essential
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator is required
- Experience within a main dealership in the Motor Trade is necessary
- Proven record of accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders is desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
