Retirement Development Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager for our retirement development.
About the RoleWe are looking for someone who loves working with people, with a background in administration and customer service. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage daily operations of the lodge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring the highest standards of care and services are maintained. You will work closely with our team to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate daily operations of the lodge, including staff supervision and training.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and quality of life.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in administration and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
