We're seeking a talented Client Services Administrator to join our team at eXPD8, a leading field marketing agency with a reputation for excellence.

About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch administrative support to our Client Services team, ensuring seamless delivery of client campaigns and activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client and merchandiser queries, responding quickly and accurately via telephone and email.
  • Collaborate with our merchandising team to ensure they have all the necessary information to excel in their roles.
  • Support the development of visit briefs, instructions, and questionnaires, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with our Bristol Head Office team and spend 5 hours per week working from home.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong IT literacy, particularly across the core Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and accurate telephone manner.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real impact in a dynamic team.
