Syndicate Performance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Syndicate Performance Manager. In this role, you will work closely with Managing Agents to assess underwriting performance and identify and mitigate any issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the approval and monitoring of Syndicate Business Plans to ensure they are logical, realistic, and achievable.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with Managing Agents.
- Provide strategic guidance on underwriting performance and risk management.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the (re)insurance market.
- Good understanding of business economics.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
