Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Tameside, committed to delivering exceptional support for Cared for Children.

This role is ideal for newly qualified or experienced professionals passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children.

You will collaborate closely with a supportive network of experienced Social Workers and Managers, providing comprehensive induction, training, guidance, and advice to enable you to reach your full potential.

About You

To succeed in this position, you must be a qualified Social Worker with prior childcare social work experience.

You will possess excellent needs assessment and risk assessment skills, capable of working effectively within a multi-disciplinary system, as well as collaboratively across teams and agencies.
