Ashberry Recruitment is a specialist social care agency representing experienced support workers across the North. We are keen to identify new staff to supplement our current team of amazing support workers, particularly candidates who can be consistently available for work with children and young people residing in the care system.

We need staff who can often be available at short notice but also on a consistent basis to maintain continuity of care. A competitive rate of pay (£18-22 per hour) and complying with Agency Worker Regulations will be offered. Our ideal candidate will have experience working within a children's home and/or leaving care environment on waking nights.

The successful candidate will prioritize supporting children with all elements of personal care. Experience of supporting children and young people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs is an advantage. Immediate work is available after successful completion of pre-employment checks.
