About the Role

Cathedral Appointments | South West Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and multilingual Sales Associate to join our team in Exeter. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in the sales funnel by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to generate sales opportunities for our Commercial Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact fleet and technology prospects to arrange meetings for the Sales Team to demonstrate technology
  • Make 30+ outbound calls daily, scheduling at least twelve qualified meetings per month, working to achieve defined KPI's focusing on 'Meetings Booked & Attended' target
  • Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and other means to arrange meetings
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Fluency in spoken and written German, French, or Spanish Language
  • Demonstrable success in developing strategies for prospecting, negotiating, and converting opportunities
  • Proficiency in using computer and IT tools, including the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in utilising CRM and sales tools; have an understanding of UK and EU sales regulations, frameworks, and compliance requirements would be advantageous
