Job Summary:
UK Power Networks is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our Network Operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of all construction, maintenance, and fault works to time, cost, and quality standards.
- Ensure staff comply with all procedures and work to a high standard of quality.
- Develop and implement daily planning, coordination, and real-time resource utilization strategies.
- Communicate effectively with HV/LV control, submitting switching logs and ensuring network operations adhere to distribution safety rules and procedures.
- Provide technical support to field staff and manage contract-related issues with the support of Contract Management.
- Produce risk assessments and method statements for safe project delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and rectify any quality issues identified.
Requirements:
- £51,245 - £76,229 per annum salary range (dependent on experience).
- Outer London Allowance and a bonus of 3%.
- Personal Pension Plan with employer contributions.
