Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll also work closely with our culinary team to develop new menus and improve existing ones.

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in culinary arts. Your ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and think creatively will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, as well as experience supervising a team and working in a similar Chef role. A Food Hygiene certificate is also required. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
