About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Staging to join our team. This role is integral to delivering our festival programme, which demands attention to detail, effective communication, and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of staging and production practices, with the ability to negotiate directly with visiting companies. They will be responsible for managing a team, delegating tasks, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our festival events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage staging and production requirements for our festival programme
  • Negotiate with visiting companies to ensure successful collaboration
  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality festival events

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes professional development opportunities and a chance to work with a dynamic team.
