Job Description

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Research Capacity Builder. This position will play a pivotal part in enhancing research capabilities across the Trust, with a focus on training and development for healthcare staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to support NMAHP research engagement and capability building.
  • Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive training and education opportunities for staff, service users, and students.
  • Nurture partnerships with external research networks, such as the RRDN, TVSM ARC, OHFT Clinical Research Facility, and Oxford BRCs.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence senior managers and peers.
