About the Role

Aspire Academy Trust is seeking a visionary leader to champion collaborative working and professional development across its 37 primary academies, 22 nurseries, and 2 outdoor education centres in Cornwall.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of education and finance, with experience in planning and tracking finances, managing financial risk, and mitigating opportunities and challenges in a growing Multi-Academy Trust (MAT).

They will work closely with the trust board, directors, strategic leads, heads of school, and the diocese to drive evidence-informed school improvement and achieve excellent educational outcomes for all pupils.
