**Job Overview**

Creditsafe is seeking a skilled Data Administrator to join its Cardiff Bay office, adopting a hybrid working model that requires attending the office at least 50% of the week.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data administration functions, including liaising with data suppliers, monitoring data file receipts, and resolving data queries from internal or external customers.

You'll also be required to produce high-quality written documentation, reports, and presentations, as well as conducting basic data validation and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with data suppliers and maintain a strong working relationship with them.
  • Monitor the receipt and loading of data files.
  • Investigate and resolve data queries from internal or external customers.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
  • Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings, and present to stakeholders when necessary.
  • Conduct basic data validation and quality checks.

Requirements and Skills

  • MS Office or equivalent (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).
