About the Role:

This is a two-year graduate development programme that offers valuable experience in various business areas, including Operations, HR, and Finance.

You will gain insight into all aspects of a fast-growing business, with opportunities for rapid internal progression and continued personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop your skills by rotating across the business to gain vital experience in key areas.
  • Receive comprehensive in-house training from senior management and external training tailored to your needs.
  • Implement new skills directly and collect information to report back to the team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in a business or management-related field.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
  • A motivated self-starter with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fully qualified driver required by the start of the scheme.
