Business Development Partner

The Learning and Development Business Partner will be instrumental in creating, delivering, and continually improving our core L&D programs and initiatives. This role will focus on developing essential skills and capabilities while fostering a culture of growth.
- This hands-on role requires the creation, delivery, and continual improvement of our core L&D programs, leveraging expertise in learning delivery and operations to create innovative solutions that drive engagement and learning outcomes.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced learning and development business, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing learning programs that drive organizational performance and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Assist the Group HR Director in creating the learning and development strategy, setting clearly defined KPIs, and ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
- Learning & Development: Own the new starter 90-day on-boarding framework, ensure regulatory & mandatory training is effectively set up, delivered, and monitored, and develop and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops.
- Reporting, Processes, and Systems: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and other performance metrics, provide regular L&D performance reporting, and manage and maintain effective relationships with external vendors and partners.
Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
