We are looking for a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team in North East London. As a CWP, you will work closely with schools to support children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions, conducting assessments and developing plans for the intervention and agreed outcomes. You will also work closely with parents and families to ensure the best possible support for the child.
