Job Title: Junior Wardrobe Management Coordinator

About the Role:

ASOS Studios is seeking a highly organised and efficient Junior Wardrobe Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the styling team, you will be responsible for maintaining the styling wardrobes, replenishing underpinnings, and processing orders to ensure seamless shoot execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the styling wardrobes available for the styling team to create authentic and inspiring shoots daily.
  • Replenish all styling underpinnings.
  • Order and process styling orders to continually replenish the styling wardrobes across dual studio sites.
  • Unpack, prep, tag/barcode, and organise all wardrobe samples.
  • Process returns of styling samples.
  • Support with Buy the Look, ensuring the styling wardrobes are maintained due to stock levels, contributing to the removal of styling based on wardrobe metrics.
  • Collaborate with the styling team to ensure the wardrobes are up to date with the most recent styling samples.
  • Support stylists with styling management post shoot.
  • Ensure creative quality and volumetric KPIs are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with the stylists and studios team to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Adapt to different shoot types, styling trends, and seasons.
  • Build strong, professional, and collaborative relationships with the wider studio team.
  • Demonstrate excellent brand awareness.
  • Identify areas for review and contribute ideas to improve workflow within the team.
  • Work towards delivering team, department, and business strategies.
  • Support new workflow solutions to streamline departmental practices and processes.
  • Deliver projects to support the department strategy and any other ad hoc tasks defined by Team Lead and Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisation, prioritising, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in handling samples.
  • Highly organised and pro-active in decision making and problem solving.
  • Has a can-do attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Confident using Excel, learning new systems, and reporting skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of an E com studio environment and the processes evolved.
  • Enjoys operations and process.
