Job Title: Junior Wardrobe Management Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Junior Wardrobe Management Coordinator to join our ASOS Studios team. As a key member of the styling team, you will be responsible for maintaining the styling wardrobes, replenishing underpinnings, and processing orders to ensure seamless shoot execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the styling wardrobes available for the styling team to create authentic and inspiring shoots daily.
  • Replenish all styling underpinnings and process orders to continually replenish the styling wardrobes across dual studio sites.
  • Unpack, prep, tag/barcode, and organize all wardrobe samples.
  • Process returns of styling samples and support Buy the Look initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the styling team to ensure the wardrobes are up to date with the most recent styling samples.
  • Support stylists with styling management post-shoot and ensure creative quality and volumetric KPIs are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with the stylists and studios team to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Adapt to different shoot types, styling trends, and seasons.
  • Build strong, professional, and collaborative relationships with the wider studio team.
  • Demonstrate excellent brand awareness and identify areas for review to contribute ideas to improve workflow within the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong organization, prioritizing, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in handling samples and a can-do attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Confident using Excel, learning new systems, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of an e-commerce studio environment and the processes evolved.
  • Enjoys operations and process.
