Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dental Nurse to join our Consultant-led Oral and Maxillofacial Service. The successful candidate will provide clinical and non-clinical support to Maxillofacial, Restorative Dentistry, and Orthodontics teams.

Main Duties

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with dental clinicians to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical and non-clinical support to dental clinicians
  • Working with the nursing team to deliver excellent patient care
  • Preparing the surgery for patients and assisting clinicians during procedures
  • Processing dental equipment and instruments in accordance with HTM01-05 and local policies

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • GDC registration as a Dental Nurse
  • Dental radiography experience
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in dental nursing
