Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Si Recruitment. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices and ensure accuracy of all payments.
- Reconcile vendor and nominal accounts as part of the month-end processes.
- Process payments both ad hoc and scheduled.
- Manage the Central mailbox to ensure all invoices are processed.
- Build working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Assist line manager with any additional ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience is essential.
- Experience of high volumes.
- Proficient in using an accounting software.
- Excel skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Highly organized with a methodical approach.
- Strong communication skills.
