Experienced Senior Care Manager Wanted

We are a forward-thinking, innovative third sector organisation committed to empowering individuals with learning difficulties and mental health illnesses to take control of their lives.
As a Registered Manager, you will be part of a Senior Management Team operating in a collaborative environment. Your key responsibility will be managing a portfolio with a weekly service delivery of around 500 hours, ensuring seamless support to our clients across Somerset and its borders.
We require an experienced individual who is passionate about supporting neurodiverse people and can contribute to our positive, listening, learning, and responsive culture. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, responsible, and able to form strong relationships with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' management experience in Adult Health and Social Care, ideally as a Registered Person. A Level 5 qualification in Management within Adult Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this within the first 12 months of joining is essential. You must also hold a valid Full UK driving license and be willing to travel across the County.
This role offers an attractive salary of £37,555 + on-call bonus (expected earnings £42,000 - £45,000), a generous annual leave package of 7 weeks per year inclusive of bank holidays, and an occupational pension.
