Night Care Supervisor Lead

Job DescriptionAs a Night Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and guiding your care team to deliver a high-quality service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and effective management of medicines, working closely with healthcare professionals to achieve this goal.
You will also be responsible for demonstrating a person-led approach, embodying our values and behaviours, and promoting a culture of excellence within the home. Your leadership skills will be crucial in building strong relationships with families and colleagues, while maintaining open communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care (with a willingness to work towards Level 3)
- Demonstrable experience working in a care and support setting, leading a team

The salary for this role is £13.64 per hour, with a £1.00 per hour uplift on weekends. You will work 27 hours per week, with shifts taking place between 21:30pm and 07:30am.
