Residential Service Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Langport and lead our residential service. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting residents with complex needs, including autism, epilepsy, and mental health conditions. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus enhanced pay rates for evening and weekend shifts and overtime. You will also receive funded Blue Light Card for hundreds of high street discounts, enhanced retirement leave, and long service awards. All applicants will be subject to DBS checks and references.
