Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at CV Library. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of planned and reactive service visits for our company's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site maintenance and repair services for customers' equipment and products.
  • Plan and book servicing work using our service planning system to meet customer expectations and servicing dates.
  • Utilize customer servicing and facilities management systems to ensure compliance of servicing documentation.
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with the service engineer team, planning, sales, training, and customer experience teams.
  • Generate leads from service visits for the sales team to follow up.
  • Accurately complete and submit all service electronic paperwork after each site visit, via tablet.

Requirements:

  • Full and clean driving license.
  • Experience of working in a similar role, conducting onsite maintenance, carrying out planned and reactive services on customers' sites.
  • Customer service knowledge and experience.
  • Proficient use of tablets and MS Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety sector.
