Job Title: Field Service Technician

At Proftech Talent, we're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers across Newcastle, Durham, and Darlington.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site maintenance and repair services for our customers, ensuring timely delivery of planned and reactive visits.
  • Manage installation, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks, adhering to company guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively and respecting health and safety policies.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities during service visits and complete accurate digital service reports.
Requirements:
  • Full and clean driving license
  • Experience in a similar role, conducting onsite maintenance and carrying out planned and reactive services
  • Customer service knowledge and experience
  • Proficient use of tablets and MS Outlook
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety sector
