Job Title: Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing essential services across Newcastle, Durham, and Darlington, working with a team that values quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of planned and reactive service visits for the company's products. You will manage installation, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks, following company guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct onsite maintenance and repair services on customer sites
  2. Plan and book servicing work using the company's service planning system
  3. Utilize customer servicing and facilities management systems to ensure compliance of servicing documentation
  4. Develop collaborative working relationships with the service engineer team, planning, sales, training, and customer experience teams
  5. Generate leads from service visits for the sales team to follow up
  6. Accurately complete and submit all service electronic paperwork after each site visit, via tablet
Requirements:
  1. Full and clean driving licence
  2. Experience of working in a similar role, conducting onsite maintenance and repair services
  3. Customer service knowledge and experience
  4. Proficient use of tablets and MS Outlook
  5. Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety sector
