About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Housing Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our customer service provision and driving growth through marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new customers and expand our customer base
  • Market our services and products to new and existing customers in the West Midlands region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform our business strategy
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or customer service roles
  • Strong understanding of the social housing market and current issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
