About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Housing Services team as Head of Housing Services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new customers for our consortium's procurement solutions and services.
  • Market the service and products to new and existing customers in the West Midlands region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the social housing market, including current issues and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
