Job Title: Head of Housing Services

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Housing Services team in the West Midlands. As Head of Housing Services, you will be responsible for securing new customers for our consortium's procurement solutions and services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. You will be responsible for marketing our service and products to new and existing customers in the market across the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our service and products to new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with our procurement team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure them.
  • Manage and develop our team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the housing or procurement sector.
  • Strong marketing and business development skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
