Exciting Opportunity for a Head of Housing Services

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Housing Services team in the West Midlands. As a Head of Housing Services, you will be responsible for securing new customers for our consortium's procurement solutions and services.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and home working, and occasional travel around the West Midlands region. You will be responsible for marketing our service and products to new and existing customers, generating growth and revenue for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote our service and products to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Manage and deliver projects to secure new customers and grow revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the role
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Strong understanding of the social housing market and the challenges facing customers and stakeholders
