Job Title: Head of Housing Services

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Housing Services team in the West Midlands. As Head of Housing Services, you will be responsible for securing new customers for our consortium's procurement solutions and services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Social Housing, Asset Management, Property Services, and/or Construction and Building Safety. They will be able to cultivate business relationships and have a consultative approach to selling services to procurement, assets, property services, and development professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market the service and products to new and existing customers in the market across the West Midlands to generate growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Social Housing, Asset Management, Property Services, and/or Construction and Building Safety.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a track record of success in selling services to procurement, assets, property services, and development professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
