Full-Time Primary School Teaching Assistant


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our supportive team as a Full-Time Primary School Teaching Assistant in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.


About the Role:


The successful candidate will provide one-on-one and small group support to help students meet their learning objectives. They will also assist with preparing resources and contribute to general administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver tailored support to students to enhance their academic progress.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience working in a UK primary school is essential, with a solid understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to supporting students, with the ability to adapt to the varied needs of children.

What We Offer:


  • A competitive salary of £8,500 - £10,000 per month (approximately £85 - £100 per day), dependent on experience.
  • A full-time role, Monday to Friday, in a welcoming and supportive school environment.
