Job DescriptionAs a Teaching Assistant at Aspire People, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers, students, and the overall educational environment. Your responsibilities will include providing essential assistance in the classroom, helping students with their learning, and contributing to a positive and productive atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have a strong commitment to student success. You will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement effective support strategies, ensuring that students receive the best possible education.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, assisting with classwork and helping them to understand and complete assignments.
- Offering support to students with special educational needs, following Individual Education Plans (IEPs) where applicable.
- Communicating with teaching staff and school management about student progress, concerns, and any issues that arise.
- Ensuring compliance with school policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
