Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible teaching assistant to join our team in Lutterworth and surrounding areas. As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will work with Key Stage 1 students, supporting their learning and development in a dynamic school environment.


Salary: £20,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a long-term contract opportunity with extension options, offering the chance to develop your skills and experience working across different schools, classes, and year groups.


Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 1 students.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, teachers, and other support staff.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure student needs are met.

Requirements:
  • Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning qualification.
  • Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs in Key Stage 1.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving student needs.
  • Relevant education or teaching assistant qualifications desirable.
